Terms for reading this journal
These terms cover use of the website maroc-telecom.top. They do not create a telecommunications contract. If you buy a plan from a licensed operator, that company’s terms are the ones that govern the line.
1. The site
The site is an educational publication from Bd des Almohades, Casablanca 20250, Morocco. You may read it, link to it, and share a link with a clear attribution. You may not copy the notes wholesale, present them as your own, or frame the site so that it looks like a checkout or an operator’s account page.
2. No service is offered
Nothing on the site is an offer to sell connectivity, devices, or support. Buttons do not take payment because there is no payment to take. Sending us an email does not create a support ticket with a network.
3. Accuracy
We take care with the explanations and we date revisions. We do not warrant that a page is complete, current, or fit for a particular decision. Coverage, price, and phone menus change. Read the disclaimer with these terms.
4. Intellectual property
The text and the logo are published by maroc-telecom. Photographs remain the work of the photographers named in the captions and are used under the Pexels licence. You may not remove a credit and republish a photograph as if you had taken it.
5. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to break the site, probe it for other people’s mail, or use the contact addresses to send unrelated bulk messages. Do not use the journal’s name to imply that we approved a product or a plan.
6. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions you make after reading a note: a missed call, a travel plan, a purchase from a third party, or a loss that follows from a network outage. The pages are information. The network you use is someone else’s.
7. Your operator’s contract is a different document
If you buy a plan from Itissalat Al-Maghrib, Médi Telecom, Wana Corporate, or any other provider, that company’s terms govern the line: price, fair use, portability timing, and what happens when an allowance ends. Nothing on maroc-telecom.top amends those terms. Quoting a note to a shop as if it were the regulator’s decision will not help you. Where a procedure is described, the ANRT page linked from the note is the public source, and the operator’s current instructions win if they differ on the day.
8. Changes and contact
We may update these terms. The date at the top will change when we do. Continued reading after an update is how the new terms apply to later visits. Please write to us before treating a disagreement as something that needs a louder forum; we would rather correct a page.
