Cookies and the choice on this browser
You can reopen the banner at any time with “Cookie settings” in the footer. The buttons do nothing harmful if you ignore them: optional tags are not loaded unless allowed, and today they are not loaded at all.

Without JavaScript
The banner is in the page, but the buttons need JavaScript to save a choice. Pages remain readable. Optional tags are not loaded in that case either.
How to change it
Use Cookie settings, or clear this site’s data in the browser. Reject sets both optional signals to denied. Accept sets both to granted, which still does not load a tag that is not on the page.
If tags are added
The page script sets Consent Mode to denied first, then applies your stored choice. A future tag would be expected to honour that. We would update this table, and the privacy policy, before relying on a new cookie. Questions: [email protected].
What is not on these pages today
There is no analytics product, no advertising pixel, and no embedded video from another site. Fonts and photographs are files on this server. Rejecting the banner is the right choice if you do not want optional storage reserved for later. Accepting it does not create an advertising cookie by itself, because the tag that would set one is not installed. The banner exists so the choice is ready, and so we do not pretend there will never be an ad cookie if a tag is added later.
Clearing the choice yourself
Cookie settings in the footer reopens the banner. Choosing Reject writes a denial into mt_consent_v1. Choosing Accept writes a grant. You can also remove the entry from the browser: site settings, or “clear data” for maroc-telecom.top. After that, the next visit shows the banner again. The pages stay readable either way. The menu does not depend on this script; it is a checkbox in the page.
A private-browsing window starts without the saved choice. That is the browser discarding storage when the window closes, not a different policy.
