There is no form on purpose
A form would imply a ticket system we do not run. Email and the phone number above are the real routes. If you are trying to reach Itissalat Al-Maghrib (Maroc Telecom), Médi Telecom (Orange), or Wana Corporate (inwi), use the contact path printed on your own bill or on that company’s site. ANRT lists licensed operators on its operator pages.
What to put in the message
- The page address, for example staying-in-touch.html, and the sentence you think is stale.
- What you observed, with the date. A network name copied from the phone is useful. A demand that we “fix the signal on Boulevard d’Anfa” is not something this desk can do.
- Your own email address if you want a reply. There is no account system behind the site.

What a reply can be
We read mail on working days. We do not promise a same-day answer, and we do not quote a service level, because we are not a support centre.
