Mail you send
If you email [email protected], [email protected], or [email protected], or if you call +212 522 260 960, we receive whatever you put in that message: your address, your words, and any attachment. We use it to answer, to correct a page, or to keep a record of a complaint about the site. We do not sell that correspondence. We keep it while it is useful for the thread and for a reasonable period afterward in case you write again about the same point, then delete it when it no longer is.
Please do not send passwords, copies of identity documents, or mobile-account credentials. We cannot use them to service a line, and we do not want them.
Consent preference
If you use the cookie banner, your choice is stored in this browser under the key mt_consent_v1. That is local storage, not an account on our server. It records whether advertising storage and analytics storage are allowed or denied, and the time of the choice. Details are in the cookie policy.
Hosting logs
A normal web host may keep technical logs such as IP address, user agent, and the page requested, for security and operation. We do not run a separate analytics product on top of that today. Those logs, if the host keeps them, are infrastructure records rather than a profile we build for marketing.
Advertising and analytics tags
No advertising tag and no analytics tag is installed on these pages at the time of this update. The site includes a Consent Mode default of denied, so that if a tag is added later it is expected to wait for a choice. We will update this policy before such a tag starts storing anything.
Children, transfers, and questions
The journal is written for a general adult reader. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
The site is published from Casablanca. Email providers we use may process messages on servers outside Morocco. If you write to us, that is part of sending the mail.
To ask what we hold from a message you sent, email [email protected] from the same address if you can. We will look for that correspondence. We cannot search a mobile operator’s database, because we do not have one.
What we never hold
There is no customer account, no SIM inventory, and no billing relationship. We do not have your mobile number unless you typed it into an email. We do not have your location history. The pages do not ask for it, and they do not run a map of readers.
If a message arrives with a scan of a CIN or a passport, a PIN, a PUK, a RIO, or a password, that was a mistake. Do not send them. We delete unsolicited identity documents rather than store them “in case,” and we cannot use them to reset a line. The operator that sold the line is the only party that should see them.
Local storage under mt_consent_v1 stays in your browser. Clearing site data for maroc-telecom.top removes it. We do not receive a copy of that choice on a server of ours.
